Getting
around this website:
Hey, you got this far - you're not
doing too bad. Use the black panel on the left
hand side of each page to get into the main
sections. All the white text is 'clicky'. The
white arrow shows which section you are currently
in. The tab panels directly above provide an easy
way to get to the different pages within each
section. To go to the front page at any time,
just click on the HSV logo in the top left
corner.
Getting
the most out of this website:
The Holden Special Vehicles website is best
viewed with a recent version of the Microsoft
Internet Explorer or (next best,) Netscape
Navigator. You can view the site quite
effectively with any browser, but we have
included many features that you will not enjoy
without a current browser. While the website will
work with images turned off, you will find it
easier to get around if you turn images on.
Security
and online shopping:
Both the Lions Den section and the
Excelerate Subscription forms on this website
take advantage of what is called a secure server
layer (SSL) so that you can submit your credit
card details in confidence. Look for the padlock
or key icon at the bottom of your browser window
to see if you are in a secure section at any
time.
How you
can get involved:
One area of HSV Online that you can contribute to
is the Excelerate online magazine. While this
will reflect the printed Excelerate magazine, we
would also be happy to include online only
stories, and up to date information about HSV
club events and activities. Please feel free to
send any material, including pictures, text,
video, sounds or anything else you come up with
to webmaster@hsv.com.au. Pretty much all Macintosh
and PC file formats are acceptable.
Linking
to HSV Online:
We would be happy for you to create links from
your pages to HSV Online. If you would like to do
this, we have a bunch of HSV buttons and icons
that you can choose from. All we ask is that you
link to the main page, which is
http://www.hsv.com.au and that you specify _top
or _blank as the target frame. For example :

If
