No communication will be entered into regarding future sales offerings: HSV will not disclose which number plates we will be offering in future sales, nor the dates for future sales.
Your highest offer is the exact amount we will invoice you. Your highest offer is not a “maximum bid” it is your actual offer.
We will invoice the highest offer the next business day after the sale ends. Failure to make payment for your purchase within 3 business days of us sending your invoice will result in the sale being void.
You may submit an offer that is less than the current highest offer: If the Current Highest Offer at the end of the sale is void, we will then contact the person with the 2nd highest offer.
Sales of HSV company-owned Victorian number plates will take place at irregular dates, at our discretion.
HSV will clearly state the end time and date for each number plate sale and include a ‘Time Left’ counter.
You will not be notified that the sale is close to ending, it is solely the responsibility of the purchaser to monitor the sale, the end times and the highest bid.
HSV take no responsibility for any technical failures or time delays that result in a purchaser not confirming their highest bid in a timely manner.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure they confirm their offer as per the instructions on the website and in the email they receive at the time of offer.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure they have funds to complete the transaction within 3 days of the issue of the invoice.
HSV will supply a guide as to the physical condition of, but take no further responsibility for the condition of number plates.
Upon receipt of payment, we will complete the ‘Transfer of registration number rights agreement’ form and lodge it with VicRoads, then send the plates to you by Express Post or Courier.
Once you have received your plates, you are able, if you wish, to surrender them to VicRoads and purchase a different style of plate bearing the alpha-numeric you have purchased.
