Leanne Tander’s history making victory in the final race of the Australian Formula 3 Championship at Phillip Island will be celebrated this weekend with a special telecast this Sunday June 3 on SBS between noon and 2pm. Fox Sports will a screen a replay next Wednesday June 6 between 8:30pm and10:30pm.

Leanne Tander’s victory at Phillip Island is believed to be the first ever major Formula 3 race win by a female driver in the long worldwide history of the category and comes on top of her history making debuts and success in V8 Supercar, Australian Production Car and Formula Ford competitions.

Leanne Tander is a Holden Special Vehicles ambassador who proudly drives a HSV VXR when she’s not competing on the track.
